Attorney Ian Keith Friedman works in the class action and mass tort litigation department at Simmons Hanly Conroy. He is a member of the document review team, helping to analyze evidence and prepare cases against negligent corporations.

Ian is committed to ensuring each of his clients receives the personalized experience they deserve throughout the legal process.

A Keen Attention to Detail & Client-Centered Approach

With over a decade of experience, Ian has handled many complex cases, including those involving pharmaceutical litigation, antitrust investigations and intellectual property law.

When he is assigned a new case, Ian immediately begins examining all of the details that may be relevant to negotiations or a trial. Throughout this process, he provides constant updates and maintains open communication with those he represents.

“I’m passionate about each of the cases I handle,” said Ian. “I typically work for smaller clients, aiming to give them the type of service they would expect from a large firm — and then exceed it.”

Ian has served as the project lead and review manager for many cases, overseeing teams of more than 20 attorneys in the process.

His strong work ethic and commitment to his clients allow them to receive unwavering support as he fights for justice on their behalf.
