Attorney Jenny Paulson is an associate at Simmons Hanly Conroy. She joined the firm in 2022, with more than five years of experience representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. Jenny focuses her practice on consumer class action lawsuits.
Located at the firm’s Alton, Illinois office, Jenny works with a team of attorneys to give clients a voice against corporations who prioritize profits over individuals’ rights.
As an attorney at Simmons Hanly Conroy, Jenny is focused on advocating for the rights of consumers against large corporations. She represents everyday people who have been wronged in product liability, consumer fraud and data privacy cases.
“People often feel helpless when they’re up against a large corporation, especially when it seems like that corporation has gotten away with abusing its power,” said Jenny. “It’s gratifying to show them how we can help them fight back.”
Prior to joining the firm, Jenny represented clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel, the Honorable Mark A. Beatty and the Honorable Clifford J. Proud in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Jenny received a B.A. in English from Ohio State University in 2014. She received her J.D. and MBA from Southern Illinois University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and first in her class.
From 2016-17, Jenny was managing editor of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal. She received the Outstanding 2L Comment Award, the Outstanding Service Award and the CALI Award for the highest grade in numerous law classes.
