Kelly Wheeler is a mesothelioma attorney at Simmons Hanly Conroy. She brings nearly a decade of experience to her role at the firm, where she focuses on preparing cases against negligent asbestos companies.

Kelly’s interest in becoming a lawyer began in high school, where she excelled in debate. She realized that a career in law would allow her to channel her passion for oral advocacy to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
In 2012, Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in the Classics. She went on to attend Baylor Law School on a Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and earned her J.D. in 2015.
Kelly initially focused her practice on personal injury cases, including catastrophic injuries. From there, she became the head of the pharmaceutical mass tort department at a law firm and also began working on asbestos cases. Most recently, Kelly represented states and municipalities in high-profile opioid litigation.
