Brett F. Fuller (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Fuller, an associate in the firm’s New York office, focuses his practice on helping victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. Fuller previously worked as an associate at a New York City law firm specializing in mass torts. It is Fuller’s third consecutive year being recognized with the award.

Jared Hausmann (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Hausmann, an associate in the firm’s Alton office, focuses his practice on helping individuals and their families who have been affected by mesothelioma. Before joining the firm, Jared spent two years as a law clerk in the Staff Attorney’s Office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit. It is his second year being recognized with the award.

Olivia Kelly (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs): Kelly, an associate in the firm’s New York office, focuses her practice on helping individuals and families impacted by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. Kelly served as a Senior Appellate Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department in Brooklyn, New York. It is her second year being recognized with the award.

Patricia Llanos (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Llanos, an associate at the firm’s Alton office, is a member of the firm’s asbestos department. Before joining the firm, she earned her master’s degree in Public Health and worked in that industry. It is her second year being recognized with the award.

Luke Pfeifer (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): An associate at the firm’s Alton office, Pfeifer works directly with clients at all stages of the litigation process, from conducting initial in-person meetings to learn how they were exposed to asbestos, to taking plaintiff and witness depositions and ushering his clients’ cases to resolution. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he spent the first five years of his legal career representing victims of asbestos exposure at a small plaintiffs’ firm in Madison County, Illinois. It is Pfeifer’s second consecutive year being recognized with the award.

Philip E. Proud (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Proud, an associate at the firm’s Alton office, focuses his practice on helping those affected by asbestos-related diseases, such as mesothelioma. Proud has also represented clients in areas of personal injury, products liability, Federal Employers’ Liability Act, Jones Act, mass torts and class actions. It is Proud’s second year being recognized with the award.

Arthur Prystowsky (Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs; Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs): An attorney at the firm’s New York City office, Prystowsky focuses his practice on helping individuals with asbestos-related diseases. He has represented a wide variety of occupationally exposed individuals, including U.S. Navy and Army veterans and homemakers. It is Prystowsky’s third consecutive year being recognized with the award.

An Truong (Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Truong is a New York attorney in the firm’s Complex Litigation Department. She works with a team of attorneys to give clients a voice against corporations who prioritize profits over individuals’ health and safety. Her practice is focused on advocating for the rights of consumers against large corporations, including class actions involving product liability, consumer fraud and data privacy violations. It is Truong’s first year being recognized with the award.

John B. Wetmore (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs): Wetmore, an associate in the asbestos litigation department, is based in the firm’s New York City office. Before joining Simmons Hanly Conroy, he worked as an associate attorney specializing in trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. It is Wetmore’s second year being recognized with the award.
