Houston Asbestos Exposure & Mesothelioma Claims

  • Secure more than $9.6 billion from mesothelioma claims
  • Give our clients a powerful voice in the legal system for over 25 years

Jim’s Story

From 1973 to 1993, Jim served as a boiler technician in the U.S. Navy. During his service, his role centered on ensuring the ships functioned properly. This often led him to the ship’s engine and boiler rooms, where he worked near boilers, valves, pumps, gaskets, engines and other machinery.

What Jim didn’t realize at the time, however, was that these parts contained toxic asbestos fibers. In 2009, he began experiencing breathing difficulties and was diagnosed with mesothelioma, an aggressive cancer caused by asbestos exposure.

By working with our asbestos lawyers in Houston, Texas, Jim was able to secure compensation that provided financial security for his family.
